During his time at Coca-Cola, Robert had a heart incident in late 2008, leading to him having double by-pass surgery. Once he left Coca-Cola and returned to the UK, all his Life Cover and Private Medical Insurance had ceased and he met Dennis at his previous business, HSL Assured.
I suddenly had to sort out my own private life cover, health insurance etc. That’s when I was first introduced to Dennis who anonymised my medical evidence which enabled me to obtain PMI and Life Cover and good rates via their sister company, where elsewhere I was declined or quoted obscene rates.

Early last year I met the Cancer Health Scan team to discuss my 5 year CT scan of major organs to check for any heart disease and early signs of cancer. The medical board were transparent about the risks of screening and any detection of heart disease or cancer could prejudice my purchase of future insurances and therefore wisely suggested I discuss with their sister company a review of Life and other insurances.

Then I found out in 2019 that I had prostate cancer. I met with two consultants who said that even though I was an early, intermediary case that they recommended radical prostatectomy. I went back to Dennis, who I knew had aggressive prostate cancer himself ten years previously and came through it well.
On the back of this experience, Dennis set up an organisation who offered clients a World Class second opinion Medical Panel, who I met with and referred me to their leading world class Prostate Consultant. He recommended a far less invasive form of surgery. I underwent it recently and have been declared 100% clear, which is of course a huge relief and has had a minimal impact on my personal and business life.

Looking back over this journey and my personal outcomes, I would highly recommend Dennis and his Cancer Health Screen medical team. I have complete peace of mind that I am in the best hands medically, with the least risk to my health and welfare for me and my family.

I want to reiterate the importance of reviewing and implementing my Life cover before my CT scan etc. Unfortunately, I will not be able to purchase any further Life or Critical Illness Cover post my cancer.
